Thai Integrative Massage (With oils) is, like a Traditional Thai Massage (without oils) based on the concepts, that is working, opening, and stimulating the so-called Energy Lines also called Sen lines.

A unique Thai therapy to ease pain and soothe sore muscles. Herbs are mixed and wrapped in a piece of cloth as a round shape which is steamed so that the herbs produce an ointment. Herbal Compress Ball (Luk Prakob) is applied to the body in a kneading action. This allows the medicinal heat to soothe muscle aches, increase lymphatic drainage and blood circulation and condition the skin, leaving you feeling refreshed and relaxed.

In Western medicine, Cupping is used as a direct clinical application. The therapist notes an area of restriction and applies the suction directly onto it to affect change. Used in combination with other massage treatments, Cupping is a useful tool to add into the treatment mix as it provides a different sensation and effectiveness and thereby improving the overall results.

Suction cups provide a negative pressure on the skin, muscles, and fascia. This is in contrast to the positive pressure of the deep tissue massage and can be a very relaxing and soothing experience.

In our practice we use plastic cups and silicone cups. We recommended 60 mins for one focus area and 90 mins for two.

Traditional Thai massage is one of Thai local wisdom inheriting for a long time. Traditional Thai massage is a full bodywork on a floor mattress. It mainly focuses on circulation and pressure points So-called Energy lines, assisted stretching which help promote internal health and heal many symptoms caused from cramped muscles, increasing range of motion of the joints. The massage therapist will use whole body from hands, knees, legs to feet to stretch the muscles and release pressure from the body. The recipient will need to be fully dressed on comfortable, loose clothing as no oil.

Tok Sen Massage, also known as "Thai Hammer Massage," has its origins in Northern Thailand, the word "Tok" means to tap, and "Sen" refers to energy pathways or meridians in the body, similar to the concepts in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Together, Tok Sen translates to "tapping the energy lines."

Tok Sen massage is distinct from other massage modalities due to its primary technique: the rhythmic tapping of wooden mallets and a special wooden wedge on the body's energy lines. These mallets and wedges are usually made from tamarind wood, which is believed to have its own healing properties

The art of Tok Sen massage is not just about the tapping motion; it is a skillful blend of rhythm, pressure, and technique. Thai feet reflexology techniques detoxify and purify the body, helping relieves stress and tension, decrease fatigue, foster good health and mental serenity, and restore balance. During Thai feet reflexology, pressure is applying to 63 points areas of the feet. In turn, a reflex reaction occurs in another part of the body, which is stimulated by manipulation of a specific part of the foot.

Thai Hands Reflexology has a history that is thousands of years old and uses a similar technique of Chinese reflexology, along with a blend of Thai acupressure points, Energy lines (Sen lines) work relaxing hand massage techniques. When an energy lines become blocked, causing discomfort or illness to a person. Much of work focuses on the Sen Kalathari energy line’ that runs through the hand along all five finger lines and palm of the hand. Thai hands reflexology is used for stimulating the activity of internal organs, energy lines and skeleton systems by using the hand, thumbs, fingers, cream. With Thai hands reflexology and massage, we can activate the energy flow again and balance the energy lines by applying the pressure to them.
