Thai Integrative Massage (With oils) is, like a Traditional Thai Massage (without oils) based on the concepts, that is working, opening, and stimulating the so-called Energy Lines also called Sen lines.

During this session, Therapist will incorporate the following techniques-Swedish, Deep tissue, Myofascial release, Trigger point therapy, and Thai stretching. Thai herbal balm, Essential oils, and CBD oil included. Hot stones (only client requests)

In Western medicine, Cupping is used as a direct clinical application. The therapist notes an area of restriction and applies the suction directly onto it to affect change. Used in combination with other massage treatments, Cupping is a useful tool to add into the treatment mix as it provides a different sensation and effectiveness and thereby improving the overall results.

Suction cups provide a negative pressure on the skin, muscles, and fascia. This is in contrast to the positive pressure of the deep tissue massage and can be a very relaxing and soothing experience.

In our practice we use plastic cups and silicone cups. We recommended 60 mins for one focus area and 90 mins for two.

Using essential oils during a massage can offer various benefits that contribute to both physical and emotional well-being. This is often referred to as Aromatherapy Massage. 

Aromatherapy Massage incorporates technique from Swedish massage. Swedish massage technique like long, gliding strokes, kneading, and circular motions are used to relieve muscle tension and promote relaxation.
